MCHUZI WA ROSTI YA MAINI(ROASTED BEEF LIVER)


MAHITAJI(INGREDIENTS)
1.Maini nusu kilo
  Half kilo of beef liver

2.Nyanya(Tungule) kubwa 3
  3 Medium size of Tomato

3.Viazi mbatata vikubwa 4
  4 Medium size of potatoes

4.Kitunguu maji kikubwa 1
  1 Medium size of Onion 

5.Kitunguu thomu kilosagwa kijiko 1
  1 Tbsp of grinded garlic

6.Tangawizi ilotwangwa kijiko kimoja
  1 Tbsp of grinded ginger

7.Ndimu kubwa 1
  1 Lemon

8.Karoti 1
   1 Carrot

9.Pilipili boga(Pilipili hoho) 1
   1 Green pepper

10.Chumvi kijiko kikubwa 1
   1 Tbsp of salt

11.Nyanya ya paket(Tungule) nusu
  1/2 of Tomato Paste packet

12.Royco Mchuzi Mix kijiko 1
   1 Tbsp of Royco Mchuzi mix(Optional)

13.Maji vikombe 3
    3 Cups of water

14.Mafuta ya Sun flower au yoyote vijiko 4
   4 Tbsp Sun flower oil

15.Sukari kiduchu
A pinch of sugar

MAANDALIZI(PREPARATION).
1.Katakata maini vipande vipande
Cut beef liver in medium pieces as many as you want

2.Osha maini yako na yaweke pembeni
Wash them and put them in a pan or pot

3.Menya viazi mbatata na vikate vipande upendavyo kisha vioshe
Peel the potatoes,cut into sized pieces and wash them

4.Osha nyanya kisha zisage
Wash the tomato then blend them

5.Katakata vitunguu maji,pilipili hoho weka pembeni
Cut onion,greeen pepper

6.Para karoti weka pembeni
Grate the carrot and put them in a plate

7.Kamua ndimu kwenye kibakuli
Squeeze the lemon and put its juice in a bowl

JINSI YA KUPIKA(HOW TO COOK)
1.Weka Kitunguu thomu,tangawizi,chumvi kwenye maini na uyaweke jikoni
Put ginger,garlic and salt in pot of garlic and cook it in a medium heat

2.Acha dakika moja kisha weka maji kikombe kimoja
Leave it for a minute then pour a cup of water

3.Maji yakipungua ngeza maji kikombe kingine subiri kwa dakika 5 na yaepue
Put another cup of water when the fast water are lowered and wait for 5 minutes and pour them in a big bowl

4.Weka mafuta kwenye sufuria yakipata moto anza kukaanga vitunguu maji kisha pilipili hoho malizia na karoti
Keep the pot on medium heat put some oil and fry onion,green pepper and finally add  grated carrot

5.Kisha weka mbatata zikaange mpaka vifanye brown
Then add potatoes and keep frying with your vegetables mixture

6.Weka nyanya na chumvi kwenye mchanganyiko wako funika acha viive kwa dakika 5
Add blended tomato,salt then mix your mixture well and cover your pot well for 5 minutes

7.Mimina maini yako weka na royco kisha koroga vizuri
Add the cooked beef liver and royco then mix it well

8.Weka nyanya ya paketi koroga acha kidogo
After that add tomato paste and mix well

9.Weka ndimu ongeza na maji kidogo acha kwa dakika 2
Add lemon juice and add small quantity of water wait for 2 minutes 

10.Weka sukari koroga kisha onja mchuzi wako 
Add sugar mix your roast and taste it

11.Kama upo sawa epua hakikisha unakua mzito mzito ngoja upoe tayari kwa kula
If it is okay turn off the heat,if not add some salt and taste it again

12.Unaweza kula na Wali,Chapati,Mkate wa ufuta au kitu chochote
You can serve with Cooked rice,Loaf,Bread,Chapati and other staff.

Angalizo:Note
1.Hakikisha hauchemshi maini kwa muda mrefu yanakua magumu
Make sure dont over boil your beef liver so as to be soft

2.Kuwa makini na uwekaji maji ili upate mchuzi mzito kiasi
Make sure dont add too much water so as to get heavy roast
