2.Chekecha unga wako vizuri kwenye bakuli safi
3.Weka chumvi na uchanganye unga vizuri kisha weka tui kidogo kidogo huku ukichanganya kwa mkono
4.Endelea kuweka tui mpaka unga uwe kama uji uji sio mzito sana wala mwepesi sana
5.Acha kuweka tui fanya kama unaupiga piga makofi kutoa mabuje na mabonge kwa muda wa dakika 10
6.Uache unga wako ufure na uumuke vizuri

JINSI YA KUPIKA
1.Andaa jiko la mkaa lenye moto wa wastani
2.Weka maji na chumvi kidogo kwenye kibakuli kinachoweza kuingia mkono
3.Chukua chuma(Frying pan) cha kupikia ufuta weka mkono kwenye maji ya chumvi kisha fanya kama unakungutia maji yaloganda kwenye mkono katika chuma chako
4.Chota kwa mkono uji wako weka kama mikono miwili ya uji kwenye chuyma cha mkate
5.Kiweke jikoni kisha chukua ufuta kiasi nyunyizia juu ya ule uji kwenye chuma chako
6.Acha kwa dakika 3 ukiona unaanza kubadilika kuwa na weupe wa kuiva kwa chini geuza chuma cha mkate juu chini kama unataka kuumwaga mkate
7.Weka chuma hivyo hivyo huku ukiuangalia mkate wako usiungue
8.Ukiwa wa brown geuza chuma kisha tumia kisu kutoa mkate wako
9.Weka kwenye sahani chukua brush chovya kwenye mafuta kisha upake mkate wako kwa kupakaa mafuta kidogo tu
10.Rudia njia hizo hapo juu mpaka umalize uji wako wote.

1.Hakikisha unatumia vyuma vya bati(Frying pan za Bati) vinavyotengenezwa Tanzania ndio vya kupikia mikate ya ufuta ukitumia chuma kingine mkate utaanguka kwenye moto

3.Tumia moto wa wastani kupata rangi ya kuvutia mkate ukiungua hup[oteza rangi ya mvuto na ladha hubadilika

4.Halkikisha huzidishi chumvi wakati wa kupika hufanya mikate kuwa mibaya

MEAT-ROLL ZA SIAGI NA NYAMA(BUTTER MEAT-ROLL WITH GROUND BEEF)


MAHITAJI/INGREDIENTS

1.Siagi robo
  1/4 kg Butter(Margarine)

2.Nyama ya kusaga robo
 1/4 Ground Beef

3.Unga wa ngano Nusu
 1/2 kg Flour

4.Mayai 3
 3 Eggs

5.Chumvi vijiko 2
 2 Tbsp  of salt

6.Karoti 1
 1 Carrot

7.Pilipili boga 1
 1 Green pepper

8.Kitunguu thomu punje 3
  3 garlic cloves

9.Pilipili ya kuwasha 1
 1 Red Chill

10.Tangawizi kipande
 1/2 piece of ginger

11.Ndimu ndogo 1
 1 Lemon

12.Baking Powder kijiko 1
 1 Tbsp of Baking powder



 MAANDALIZI/PREPARATION

1.Twanga tangawizi,kitunguu thomu, na chumvi kijiko 1
  Take ginger mix with garlic and salt and grind them together

2.Weka nyama kwenye sufuria kisha weka viungo ulivyo vitwanga
 Put ground beef in a pot and mix with mixture you get in step number 1

3.Weka blue band kwenye chombo na chumvi kijiko 1 na uisage kwa mkono kwa kutumia mwiko au hand mixer kidogo
 Mix butter with 1 Tbsp of salt and mix them with hand or stand mixer

4.Weka baking powder na yai moja kisha ichanganye vizuri
 Add baking powder and 1 egg then keep mixing for 3 minutes tilll mixed well

5.Chunga unga kisha weka kidogo kidogo mpaka ufanyike donge moja usiweke unga wote
 Sift the flour and add in the butter till you get fine dough

6.Vunja mayai weka kwenye kibakuli yapige pige kisha yafunike weka pembeni
  Beat the remain eggs in a bowl and cover them for further uses

7.Osha karoti na pilipili boga
 Wash well the Carrot and Green pepper

8.Karoti ipare na pilipili boga ikate vipande vidogo kiasi
 Grate the carrot and cut the green pepper in small pieces


JINSI YA KUPIKA/HOW TO COOK

1.Kamulia ndimu nyama  acha ichemke mpaka iwive
  Add lemon juice in a pot of ground beef till become brown

2.Twanga pilipili weka kwenye nyama kisha weka karoti na pilipili boga changanya vizuri na uonje chumvi
 Grind Red chill add in the beef after taking it off the heat

3.Chukua donge lako la unga sukuma kwenye kibao au meza
  Take a dough and use the rolling pin to roll over the dough  

4.Sukuma unga uwe kama shape ya chapati ila isiwe nyembamba kama chapati wala isiwe nene sana
 Roll over the dough to get big circle of medium size

5.Chukua kisu pasua ukate kate maduara ya umbo la oval yaani duara ambalo pana kidogo ila refu kiasi au tumia meat-roll maker kupata umbo zuri zaidi
  Use a knife and cut the dough to get many pieces having oval in shape

6.Kisha chukua kijiko chota nyama yako weka katikati ya kila duara
 Then take the ground beef mixture and place at a middle of your oval shape dough
   
7.Chukua ncha moja ya duara funika mpaka kwenye ncha ya pili yaani nyama iwe katikati isionekane
 Cover the ground beef by taking one end of dough to other end

8.Chukua uma kisha bana pembeni kuifunga meat-roll yako ili nyama isitoke rudia kwa meat-roll 
zote mpaka umalize
 Use the fork to bind the edge of a dough so as to let the mixture of ground beef to be inside the dough

9.Panga kwenye tray kwa ajili ya kuweka katika oven
 Keep the meat-roll in a tray

10.Kisha paka mayai yale uliyo yavunja juu ya meat-roll zako zote
 Take the bitten eggs with a brush and brush the meat-roll

11.Choma kwa moto wa 100-150'C kwenye cooker kwa dakika 10-15
 Cook them by using 100'-150'C in an Oven for 10-15 minutes

12.Zikiwa za rangi ya brown epua subiri zipoe
 Cook them until become brown

13.Unaweza kula na kinywaji upendacho

3.Kama jiko lako lina moto mkali kuwa makini kwa kuangalia mara kwa mara ili zisiungue
 If your Oven has high heat make sure you cook them below 100-150'C

 8 Medium size Potatoes

3.Nyanya za Mchuzi(Tungule) 2
 2 Fresh Tomatoes

4.Nyanya ya pakti vijiko 2
  2 Tbsp Tomato Paste

5.Karoti 1
  1 Carrot

9.Pilipili Boga(Pilipili hoho) ndogo 1
  1 small size Green pepper

10.Chumvi kijiko chai 1
  1 Tbsp of salt

11.Kitunguu maji kidogo 1
  1 small sized Onion

12.Mafuta nusu lita
  1/2 Litre of cooking oil

13.Maji kiasi
   Water for washing ingredients

MAANDALIZI/PREPARATION
1.Menya viazi na uvikate vipande kama unavyokata chipsi za kawaida
  Peal the potatoes and slice as chips shape

2.Vioshe na uviweke kwenye maji
  Wash and leave your chips in water

4.Osha viungo vilobakia
 Wash other ingredients remain

5.Katakata vitunguu maji,pilipili boga weka pembeni
  Slice or chop the onion

6.Para karoti weka pembeni
 Grate Carrots and keep it a side

7.Saga au para nyanya weka pembeni
 Blend the tomatoes and keep it aside

8.Vunja mayai weka chumvi kidogo na yapige pige kama unataka kuyakaanga ila yaweke kando
 Crack two eggs into a bowl or jug. Add one tablespoon of salt and beat them vigorously    

JINSI YAKUPIKA/HOW TO COOK
1.Weka mafuta kwenye karai yakipata moto vizuri zikaange chipsi mpaka ziive
 Pour oil in a cooking pan let them be heated well enough then start frying your chips till fried

2.Toa chipsi na uziweke kwenye chujio
 After fried well put them in cooking filter or tissue

3.Chukua frying pan weka mafuta kama vijiko 3 vya chakula
  Take another pan put 3 tablespoon of oil and let it heated 

4.Yakipata moto anza kukaanga vitunguu kisha pilipili boga kisha karoti kwa dakika 1
  Then Put Onion,Green pepper than carrots leave them for 1 minutes

5.Kisha mimina nyanya weka chumvi na koroga kidogo mchanganyiko wako
  Add tomatoes with salt and mix it well by spatula 

6.Acha dakika 1 jikoni
 After a minutes 

7.Weka nyanya ya paketi koroga
  Add tomato paste

8.Mimina chipsi na zichanganye vizuri
 Add cooked chips and mix well with tomatoes

9.Malizia kwa kuweka yai na acha kwa dakika moja
 Finally pour your beaten eggs and wait for a minute

10.Kisha koroga mpaka uone yai lako limekatika katika
  As the eggs start to cook use spatula to mix well your mixture to scrape the cooked eggs

11.Mimina kwenye sahani subiri ipoe tayari kwa kula
Remove your mixture in a pan to the plate

12.Unaweza kula na mkate wa aina yoyote wa chumvi
 You can serve with any salt bread

1.Usipike chipsi kabla mafuta kupata moto vizuri
 Dont put the sliced potatoes if the oil are not heated enough

2.Usikoroge yai lako mpaka litakapofanya weupe wa kuiva kidogo
 Dont scramble the eggs till makes white cooked layer

3.Hakikisha unapika kwenye frying pan kubwa ya kuenea chipsi
 Use medium size frying pan

4.Sio lazima kuweka nyanya ya paketi
  Tomato paste is Optional
