MIHOGO YA KUCHEMSHA NA SAMAKI WA KUKAANGA(BOILED CASSAVA WITH FRIED FISH)





MAHITAJI/INGREDIENTS
1.Mihogo Vipande 12
 Fresh Cassava 12 pieces

2.Samaki(Changu wadogo) 4
 4 Fresh Changu fish

3.Maji Nusu Lita
    Water 500ml
 
4.Chumvi Vijiko Vya Chakula 2
   Salt 2 tbl spoon

5.Mafuta ya kupikia Kikombe 1
  Cooking Oil 1 cup

7.Pilipili Vijiko 4 Ukipenda
 Chilli sauce(Option) 4 tbl spoon
  
8.Kachumbari Bakuli 1
 Salad 1 bowl

9.Pilipili Ya kuwasha 2
 Red Pepper 2

10.Ndimu Vijiko Vya Chakula 4
 Lemon juice 4 tbl spoon
 
11.Vitunguu thomu Punje 3
       Garlic 3 pieces
  

MAANDALIZI/PREPARATIONS
1.Osha samaki vizuri baada ya kuwasafisha kisha waweke kwenye bakuli
  Wash the fishes and kept them in a big bowl

2.Twanga kitunguu thomu na  pilipili na chumvi
 Mash the garlic with pepper and salt

3.Weka viungo ulivyotwangwa kwenye samaki
 Marinate your fishes with pepper mixture 

4.Ongeza ndimu kisha wachanganye vizuri
   Add lemon juice and mix them well

5.Menya mihogo na ikoshe vizuri
   Peel the cassava and wash them

7.Kata mihogo kupata vipande 12
  Cut the cassava in 12 pieces

JINSI YA KUPIKA/HOW TO COOK
MUHOGO/CASSAVA
1.Weka mihogo kwenye sufuria pamoja na maji na chumvi
   Keep the cassava in a pot(cooking dish) with salt and water

2.Chemsha hadi mihogo iwive na kuwa laini
  Boil them until cooked and smooth

3.Mwaga maji yaliobakia kwenye mihogo na iwe mikavu
   Pour or remove excess water remained in a pot

4.Weka mihogo kwenye sahani
 Keep them in a plate

SAMAKI WA KUKAANGA/FRYING FISH
1.Weka mafuta kwenye kikaangio
   Take a frying pan and put some oil

2.Weka kikaangio jikoni weka moto mkali
  Keep the pan on stove on high heat

3.Baada ya dakika 3 weka samaki
   Leave it for 3 minutes and put your fishes

4.Baada ya dakika 5 wageuze samaki upande wa pili
   After 5 minutes flip the fishes in another side and let it cooked

5.Waache kwa dakika 5 nyengine
Leave it for another 5 minutes


6.Toa samaki wako waweke kwenye tissue au chujio wachuje mafuta
    Remove your fishes and keep them on the tissue

7.Baada ya dakika 3 wako tayari kuliwa
    After 3 minutes they can be served

8.Kula samaki na mihogo pamoja na kachumbari  na pilipili
   Serve them with your boiled cassava and chilli sauce and salad

9.Unaweza kula na chai au uji ukipenda
    You can use tea or porridge too if you wish
