NGISI WA KUKAANGA(FRIED CUTTLEFISH)




MAHITAJI
1. Ngisi Wadogo 2
 2 Small Size Cuttlefish

2. Pilipili Mbuzi 2
 2 Red Chilli

3. Chumvi kijiko kidogo 1
 1 Tea spoon Salt

4. Mafuta robo lita
 1/4 Litre of Cooking Oil

MAANDALIZI/PREPARATION
1. Osha Ngisi vizuri kisha waweke kwenye bakuli 
   Wash the cuttlefish and put them in clean vessel

2. Kata kata vipande upendavyo
  Cut them in any pieces you wish

3. Twanga chumvi na pilipili na weka kwenye ngisi kisha wapete vizuri
  Grind the chilli and salt ,add into the cuttlefish and mix them well

4. Waache wakolee viungo kiasi cha robo saa
  Keep them a side for 15 minutes to let them marinated well

JINSI YA KUPIKA
1. Weka mafuta jikoni acha yapate moto
  Pour the cooking oil in a pan and let it heated for deep frying

2. Baada ya dakika kadhaa weka ngisi na ufunike kwa mfuniko maana huwa wanarusha mafuta sana
  After some minutes add the cuttlefish pieces in the pan and cover the frying pan

3. Baada ya dakika 5 wageuze na waache wazi
 After 5 minutes uncover them and flip them to cook the other side evenly

4. Kisha wakipiga rangi ya dhahabu watoe weka kwenye chujio au kwenye tissue wachuje mafuta
 When they turn in golden colour remove them and keep them on tissue to get dried

5. Waache wapoe wapo tayari kwa kuliwa na wali,mikate au wenyewe bila ya chochote
  Let them cool and ready to serve with rice,bread or can be eaten as they are

Angalizo:Note
1. Usiweke ndimu huzidisha ngisi kurusha mafuta
  Don't add lemon juice during marination

2. Usiweke chumvi nyingi maana wenyewe wana chumvi pia
 Dont add lot of salt since they have original salt in it

3. Usiwakaange sana maana huwa wakavu na wagumu
  Dont over fry them

4. Hakikisha unafunika vizuri wakati wa kuwakaanga 
    Make sure you Cover the frying pan well when you fry them
