MAHITAJI/INGREDIENTS
1.Mihogo 5
5 Fresh Cassava
2.Mafuta lita 1
1 Litre Cooking Oil

MAANDALIZI/PREPARATIONS
1.Menya mihogo yako na ikoshe
Peel the cassava and wash them
2.Chukua kipario cha karoti para mihogo kisha itandaze kwenye sinia acha zikauke kwa lisaa1
Grate them by using grater once you finish put the chips into the big plate and let them dry for at least an hour
JINSI YA KUPIKA/HOW TO COOK
1.Weka mafuta kwenye karai acha yapate moto
Heat the oil to the maximum into the big frying pan
2.Zigawe mafungu matatu chipsi zako mbichi
Group the dried chips into three groups
3.Kisha weka fungu la kwanza kuwa makini mafuta huwa yanakuja juu
Add the first group into the pan becareful with heated oil since it rise when you insert the chips
4.Acha zishikane mpaka chini zipige rangi ya dhahabu
Let them fry until combine and started changing to golden colour at the bottom part
5.Geuza chipsi zako upande wa pili acha nao uive
Flip to the other side until cooked
6.Zikiwa tayari zitoe weka kwenye chujio zichuje mafuta
When they are done in both sides remove them and keep them into the sieve
7.Acha zipoe kisha zivunje vunje taratibu weka chumvi
When they are completely cool break them slowly and add salt then mix them well
8. Unaweza kula na pilipili ya unga au chatne,karanga za kukaanga(njugu za kukaanga) au weka kwenye urojo
Ready to serve with chili powder or fried peanut or urojo (recipe available in my blog) or chatne(recipe available in BADIA'S POST)
Angalizo:Note;
1.Acha chipsi zikauke kabla ya kuzipika ukiweka mbichi zina nyonya mafuta
Make sure the grated chips are dried enough before you fried them other wise they will absorb a lot of oil during frying
2.Kuwa makini zisiungue kwani zikiungua zinakua chungu
Make sure they are not get burnt otherwise the taste will turn into sour

MAHITAJI/INGREDIENTS
1.Unga wa Ngano nusu kilo
1/2 kg Flour
2.Sukari kikombe kimoja cha Rice Cooker
1 Cup Sugar (Rice Cooker Cup)
3.Maji robo ya kikombe
1/4 Cup of Water (Rice Cooker Cup)
4.Arki Vanilla kifuniko chake 1
1 Cap Vannila Essence (Bottle Cap of Vannila)
5. Arki Ice Cream kifuniko chake 1
1 Cap Ice Cream Essence (Bottle Cap of Ice Cream)
6.Siagi(Blue Band) vijiko vikubwa 2
2 Tbsp Butter
7.Custard kijiko kikubwa 1
1 Tbsp Custard
8.Hiliki punje 10
10 Cardamon pieces
9.Mafuta ya kula vijiko 3
3 Tbsp Cooking Oil
10.Maziwa robo lita
1/4 Litre Milk
11.Chumvi kiduchu
Pinch of Salt
12.Mafuta lita 1
1 Litre Cooking
MAANDALIZI/PREPARATION
1.Chunga unga kwenye chombo unachotumia kukandia
Sift flour through a sieve to the bowl
2.Weka chumvi,custard,siagi na mafuta vijiko viwili kwenye unga wako kisha uchanganye
Add salt,custard,butter and 2 Tbsp of Oil into the flour then mix it well
3.Kisha weka maziwa kidogo kidogo mpaka unga wako ujishike upate donge moja
Pour the milk little by little until you get a dough
4.Kanda unga kwa dakika 10 kisha ufunike uache kwa dakika 3
Knead the dough till soft then cover it for 3 minutes
5.Ukande tena kwa dakika 10 nyengine kisha upake mafuta kijiko kimoja na ufunike kwa dakika 5
Keep kneading for 10 minutes then add 1 Tbsp of Oil and cover the dough for 5 minutes
6.Kisha kata kata kwa kisu madonge makubwa kiasi kama kumi kisha yatengeneze kwa mkono yawe marefu
Cut the dough into 10 then use your hand to make them long and thin dough(strips)
7.Weka kwenye kibao na kata kata kwa kisu vipande vya ukubwa upendao mpaka uyamalize
Take a knife cut each strips into smaller pieces
8.Twanga hiliki zako weka pembeni
Crush the cardamon well and keep them aside
JINSI YA KUPIKA
Visheti
1.Weka mafuta kwenye karai yaache yapate moto kiasi
Add the Oil into pan and let it heated
2.Kisha weka visheti vyako tumia mwiko wa kukaangia kuviachanisha
Add the Visheti use Spartula to make sure they are not binded
3.Vipike vikiwa vya rangi ya brown vitoe acha vichuje mafuta kwenye chujio au tissue
Cook them until they are in brown colour and remove them into the pan to the sieve
Shira(Sugar Syrup)
1.Weka sukari,hiliki,arki kwenye sufuria na maji
Into another Pan add Sugar,cardamon,water and Vanilla and Ice Cream Essence
2.Acha ichemke ikianza kutoa mapovu tu mimina visheti vyako
Let it boil when it start to forms bubbles add your Visheti
3.Vipete visheti vyako kisha virudishe kwenye moto
Take the spartula and mix the Visheti
4.Endelea kuvipeta na kurudisha jikoni mpaka sukari igande na iwe nyeupe kwenye visheti
Hold the two ends of the pot and flipping the visheti in the pot away from the heat until coated with syrup and turn into white colour
5.Viache vipoe tayari kula vyenyewe au na kahawa
Let it cool and you can serve with coffee
Angalizo:Note
1.Kama unapenda visheti Vigumu unga usikande mlaini kama unapenda vilaini basi unga ukande mlaini kidogo
If you like non soft visheti do not knead the dough till soft
2.Hakikisha unafata kipimo cha maji ya shira maana ukiweka maji mengi basi shira haitoganda
Make sure you follow the exactly syrup measurement beacuase too much water may result light syrup and will not coat the outside of visheti
3.Shira ya visheti haiachwi ikachemka sana ikianza kufanya mapovu tu unavimimina
Do not over cook the syrup once bubble started pour your visheti immediately
4.Visheti vidogo haviwekwi hamira
Do not add yeast in this type of visheti

3.Weka sukari na arki zote kwenye jagi
JINSI YA KUTENGEZA
1.Saga mchanganyiko wako mara tatu kila baada ya dakika 1
2.Kisha mimina kwenye chombo chako unachotaka kuweka ice cream yako
3.Weka kwenye friji kwa dakika 20 kisha utoe na usage tena kwa dakika 3
4.Na urudishe kwenye friji kwa masaa mawili
5.Kisha itoe tayari kwa kula
Angalizo
1.Unaweza kutengenezea maziwa yoyote ila whole milk ndio inakupa ice cream laini na nzuri
2.Ukitumia maziwa yenye baridi au barafu hurahisisha kuganda
