SUPU YA SAMAKI


MAHITAJI/INGREDIENTS
1. Samaki Vipande 3
 3 Pieces of Fish

2. Keroti ndogo 1
 1 Carrot

3. Pilipili Hoho(Pilipili boga) 1
 1 Green Pepper

4. Viazi Mbatata 3
 3 Potatoes

5. Kitunguu thomu Punje 2
 2 Cloves Garlic

6. Ndimu 1
 1 Lemon

7. Tangawizi ilotwangwa kijiko kidogo 1
 1 Tbsp grinded Ginger

8. Maji Lita 1
 1 Litre of Water

9. Pilipili Mbuzi 2
 2 Red Chilli

10. Royco/Fish Masala/Curry Powder kijiko 1
 1 Tbsp Royco/Fish Masala/Curry Powder

11. Chumvi kijiko Kikubwa 1 ½
 1 1/2 Tbsp of Salt


MAANDALIZI/PREPARATION


  1. Osha Samaki Vizuri weka kando
    Wash well those 3 pieces of fish
  2. Menya Viazi Mbatata
    Peel the Potatoes
  3. Osha viungo Vyako Vilobakia
    Wash all remaining ingredients


  4. Katakata keroti,pilipili boga weka pembeni
    Cut carrots and green pepper into different pieces and size as you pleased


  5. Twanga kitunguu Thomu
    Mince the garlic cloves
JINSI YA KUPIKA/HOW TO COOK


  1. Weka samaki kwenye sufuria ya kupikia
    Place the fish into cooking bowl
  2. Kata sehemu mbili sawa viazi mbatata na viweke kwenye sufuria
    Cut the potatoes each into half
  3. Weka Keroti,Pilipili boga 
    Add the pieces of carrots ,green pepper
  4. Kisha malizia kuweka vitu vyote vilotajwa hapo juu kasoro ndimu,pilipili na royco au masala yoyote ulionayo
    Then add all ingredients mentioned above except lemon and masala
  5. Weka jikoni acha ichemke,samaki akianza kuiva weka royco au masala yoyote ulionayo
    Put your cooking bowl on stove let it boil till the fish is starting to get boiled then add any kind of masala
  6. Koroga kisha kamua ndimu weka
    Steer your soup then add a juice of lemon
  7. Acha kwa dakika 2 weka pilipili zako usizipasue funika supu kwa dakika 1 ipate harufu ya pilipili
    Leave it for 2 minute then add red chill as it is without cut it into pieces then cover it so as the soup to have nice smell of chilli
  8. Funua angalia kama kila kitu kimeiva onja halafu epua
    Uncover it and test the soup if everything is Ok
  9. Weka kwenye Mabakuli tayari kwa kuliwa na Chapati au mkate uupendao
    Pour your soup into bowl and serve it

Angalizo:Note
1. Hakikisha unaonja chumvi kama imepungua uweze kuongeza
   Make sure you taste the salt and add it if needed
2. Kuwa makini samaki au viazi visivurugike kwa kuvichemsha sana
    Dont over boil the soup
3. Weka pilipili nzima ili hata asiependa pilipili aweze kula supu yako
    Dont cut the red Chilli so as any one can eat your soup
4. Usiweke ndimu mapema husababisha supu iwe chungu
    Dont put lemon juice earlier
5. Supu hii ni kwa ajili ya watu watatu
