MISHKAKI YA MAINI(BEEF LIVER BARBEQUE)


MAHITAJI/INGREDIENTS
1.Maini Nusu kilo
1/2 kilogram(Kg) Beef Liver

2.Tangawizi Vijiko Vya Chakula 2
 2 Tbsp Grated Ginger

3.Pilipili kijiko Cha Chai 1
1 Tea Spoon Minced Fresh Chilli Pepper

4.Kitunguu thomu kijiko Cha Chai 1
1 Tea Spoon Minced Garlic Cloves

5.Chumvi kijiko Cha Chai 1
 1 Tea Spoon Salt

6.Ndimu Vijiko Vya Chakula 2
 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice

7.Beef Masala Kijiko Cha Chakula 1
 1 Tbsp Beef Masala

8.Keroti Kubwa 1
1 Carrot

9.Mafuta robo kikombe
1/4 Cup Cooking Oil

MAANDALIZI/PREPARATION
1.Osha Maini vizuri
 Rinse well the liver

2.Kata maini kwa urefu kisha kata vipande vikubwa kiasi
Slice the liver in a long pieces and cut those pieces into beef cube for stew

3.Jitahidi usikate vipande vidogo kwasababu mishkaki ukiichoma ina kawaida ya kusinyaa(ina kuwa midogo baada ya kuiva)
 Make sure the beef cube are in medium size because during baking may shrink and seemed smaller

4.Weka Viungo vilotajwa hapo juu kasoro mafuta na kerot
 Add all ingredients mentioned above except Carrot and Oil

5.Weka kwenye friji kwa lisaa au zaidi ili ipate kulainika
 Refrigerate them for an hour or more to tenderize your liver

6.Ukiitoa ichanganye vizuri
 Remove from the fridge and use your hand to mix them well

7.Katakata kerot kwa umbo la duara
 Slice the carrot in circle

8.Chukua Vijiti weka maini matatu yaachanishwe na kerot
 Skewer the beef keep 3 beef cube separate them with carrot in one stick

JINSI YA KUPIKA/HOW TO COOK
1.Weka jikoni kwa ajili ya kuichoma mi nimetumia Oven,ila unaweza kutumia jiko lolote
 Prepare to bake them,I used Oven to bake them,but you can grill them too

2.Panga kwenye chanya ya kuchomea kisha tumia brush kupaka mafuta mishkaki yako
 Brush them with cooking Oil 

3.Weka moto wa 150,moto wa juu na chini pika kwa dakika 20
 Set the Oven by 150'C the upper and lower heat for 20 minutes

4.Kisha igeuze paka mafuta tena ipike kwa dakika 15 tu
  After that time turn over to brush the other side and keep cooking  for 15 minutes to let the beef cooked evenly

5.Ikiiva weka sahanini unaweza kula yenyewe au na chakula chochote kama mikate,wali n.k.
 Serve with Chips,bread,rice when they are done

1.Hakikisha hauipiki kwa muda mrefu kwa muda mrefu hadi ikakauka na kukakamaa 
 Dont over cook them will dry toughen the beef.
