2.Maziwa Ya Unga Kikombe kidogo cha chai Nusu
1/2 Cup Milk Powder
3.Sukari Vijiko Vikubwa 5
5 Tbsp Sugar
4.Arki ya Ice Cream Kiduchu
Ice Cream Essence to taste
5.Maji ya Baridi Lita Moja na Nusu
1.5 Litre Cold Water

MAANDALIZI/PREPARATION
1.Osha Parachichi kwa maji safi Vizuri
Rinse Avocado well with clean water
2.Kisha limenye na toa kokwa(Tunda) la katikati ya parachichi
Peel it and remove the inner seed of avocado
3.Kata vipande vidogo vidogo weka kwenye jagi la blenda
Cut the avocado into small pieces and put them into blender jug
4.Menya Ndizi na katakata weka kwenye blenda
Peel the banana and cut into pieces then add into jug too
JINSI YA KUANDAA/HOW TO PREPARE
1.Weka maziwa,sukari na maji kwenye jagi la blenda uliloweka parachichi na ndizi
Add the milk,sugar and water in the jug has the mixture of avocado and banana
2.Saga mchanganyiko wako kiasi cha dakika 3
Blend the mixture for at least 3 minutes
3.Weka arki na endelea kusaga kwa dakika 3
Add the Ice cream essence and keep blending the mixture
4.Malizia kwa kukamua ndimu na weka maji yake kisha saga kwa dakika 2 tu
Finally squeze the lemon and add lemon juice in the mixture for 2 minutes
5.Mimina kwenye chupa weka katika friji ipate baridi kiasi usiache mpaka ikafanya barafu
Pour in the jug or bottle refrigerate but make sure it does not freeze
6.Ikiwa na baridi nzuri unaweza kunywa na mkate au vileja ,keki n.k
