TAMBI ZA NAZI(DRIED CHINESE NOODLE)


MAHITAJI/INGREDIENTS
1.Tambi (robo) mafungu 2
 1/4 kg  Chinese Noodle

2.Tui Nusu Kikombe
 1/2 Cup of Heavy Coconut Milk 

3.Sukari Vijiko 5
 5 Tbsp of Sugar

4.Hiliki 10
 10 cloves of cardamon 

5.Zabibu robo kikombe
 1/4 Cup of Dried Grapes

6.Maji  lita 1
1 litre of Water

7.Arki Vanilla kifuniko 1
 1 Cup of Vanilla

MAANDALIZI/PREPARATIONS
1.Vunja vunja tambi zako weka kwenye sahani.
 Break the pieces of dried chinese egg noodles

2.Twanga hiliki zako.
 Grind the cloves of cardamon

3.Weka maji kwenye sufuria.
  Pour some water in a pot

JINSI YA KUPIKA/HOW TO COOK
1.Teleka maji yaache yapate moto vizuri.
 Heat large pot of water to a full boil.

2.Mimina tambi kwenye maji ya moto acha zilainike kisha mimina kwenye chujio kikauke maji.
 Add the noodle in the hot water until they are flexible then pour them in a seave to get dried

3.Mimina tui kwenye sufuria weka hiliki na sukari acha lichemke.
 Add the coconut milk in a cooking pot with sugar and cardamon and let it boil.

4.Kisha weka arki,zabibu na mimina tambi zako.
 Then add Vanilla,dried grapes and noodles.

5.Changanya tambi zako kwa kutumia mwiko wa wali(Tumia kugeuzia tambi kule kwa kushikia mwiko sio pa kupikia).
 Use a wooden spatula to mix them( use the handle of a spatula to mix the noodle) 

6.Geuza tambi zako mpaka zikaribie kukauka kisha funika acha zikauke.
 Mix them well till they are nearly to get dried and cover them.

7.Zikikauka pakua tayari kula zenyewe au na samaki wengine hupenda kula na mchuzi au maharage.
 When they are completely dry,then are ready to serve you can have them as they are or you can eat them with roast or cooking beans.

1.Usichemshe Tambi sana mpaka zikavurugika
 Don't over boil the noodles

2.Usiweke tambi haraka kabla tui halijachemka zitakuwa zimaji
 Don't add the noodle if the coconut milk are not boiled yet

3.Hakikisha tambi zinakauka vizuri kabla ya kuzipakua
 Let the noodle dried enough before serve them.
