FAGI ZA CHOCOLATE(DOUBLE CHOCOLATE FUDGE)


MAHITAJI/INGREDIENTS.
1.Chocolate Nyeusi vipande 20
  20 bars Dark Chocolate

2.Chocolate Nyeupe vipande 18

  18 bars white Chocolate

3.Peanut butter kijiko cha chakula 1

   1 Tbsp Peanut butter

4.Blue band kijiko cha chai 1

  1 Tea spoon Butter




MAANDALIZI/PREPARATIONS.
1.Chukua tray ya pembe nne weka foil likandamize lifate umbo la ndani ya tray huku foil jengine libakie juu uweze kuishika wakati wa kuitoa
 Line rectangular pan with aluminum foil, leaving 1 inch of foil overhanging at 2 opposite sides of pan

2.Chukua siagi(Blue Band)pakaa kwenye foil lako hakikisha inaenea kote ndani ya tray

  Butter the pan make sure you spread all over the foil.

3.Vunja vunja chocolate nyeusi vipande vidogo vidogo na weka kwenye bakuli

  Break the dark chocolate into small pieces and keep them in the bowl

4.Weka Peanut butter kwenye kibakuli chenye chocolate nyeusi

  Add peanut butter in the bowl that contain dark chocolate

JINSI YA KUTAARISHA/HOW TO PREPARE

1.Yeyusha kwenye microwave kama huna naelezea jinsi ya kuyeyusha kwa njia ya kawaida hatua ifuatayo
 Melt the mixture in the microwe till melted otherwise use the next step

2.Chukua sufuria weka maji kidogo kisha juu yake weka bakuli la bati

  Take a pan and add small amount of water and keep metal bowl on top of it

3.Washa jiko moto wa kiasi acha maji yachemke

  Turn the flame let the water boil

4.Weka mchanganyiko wako kwenye bakuli la bati huku ukikoroga mpaka uwe rojo

  Add the mixture in the bowl and steer well till melted

5.Ukiyayuka mimina kwenye tray ueneze kote

  When completely melted pour on the tray and spread it 

6.Yeyusha chocolate nyeupe katika chombo kengine na umimine kwenye mchanganyiko wa mwanzo

  Melt the white chocolate in separate bowl then pour on top of the previous mixture in the tray

7.Chukua kijiko kigeuze,shika kule kwa kulia kisha changanya mchanganyiko wako kupata huo muonekano wa Zebra

  Use spoon handle mix the mixture randomly to get Zebra view

8.Weka kwenye friji kwa masaa 12(Nusu siku) au siku nzima

  Refrigerate for 12 Hours or the whole day

9.Itoe kwenye friji kata kata vipande kwa umbo upendalo

  Remove from the frige,use a knife to cut into any shape you prefer

10.Unaweza kula na kahawa au zenyewe

  You can serve with coffee or as it is

Angalizo:Note

1.Usizidishe kiwango cha peanut butter utaibadilisha rangi,ladha na itakuwa nzito
 Do not add too much peanut butter cause to change the taste,colour and consistency  

2.Ukiyayusha chocolate kwa njia ya kawaida hakikisha haingii maji 

 Make sure the chocolate do not contaminate with water when melted on the stove

3.Ukisha kuikata iliwe yote au iliwe na kuhifadhiwa kwenye friji la sivyo inayayuka

  After you cut them into pieces eat them or if you are not ready take them back to the fridge otherwise will melt
