HOW TO COOK ZEGE(CHIPSI ZEGE)


MAHITAJI/INGREDIENTS
1.Viazi mbatata vikubwa 10
 10 Medium size Potatoes

2.Mayai 2
 2 Eggs

3.Mafuta nusu lita
  1/2 Litre of cooking oil


4.Karoti 1
  1 Carrot

5.Pilipili Boga(Pilipili hoho) ndogo 1
  1 small size Green pepper

6.Kitunguu maji kidogo 1
  1 small sized Onion

7.Chumvi kijiko chai 1
  1 Tbsp of salt

8.Maji kiasi
   Water for washing ingredients


MAANDALIZI/PREPARATION
1.Menya viazi na uvikate vipande kama unavyokata chipsi za kawaida
  Peal the potatoes and slice as chips shape

2.Vioshe na uviweke kwenye maji
  Wash and leave your chips in water

4.Osha viungo vilobakia
 Wash other ingredients remain

5.Katakata vitunguu maji,pilipili boga weka pembeni
  Slice or chop the onion

6.Para karoti weka pembeni
 Grate Carrots and keep it a side

7.Vunja mayai weka chumvi kidogo na yapige pige kama unataka kuyakaanga ila yaweke kando
 Crack two eggs into a bowl or jug. Add one tablespoon of salt and beat them vigorously    

JINSI YAKUPIKA/HOW TO COOK
1.Weka mafuta kwenye karai yakipata moto vizuri zikaange chipsi mpaka ziive
 Pour oil in a cooking pan let them be heated well enough then start frying your chips till fried

2.Toa chipsi na uziweke kwenye kikaangio
 After fried well put them in a frying pan

3.Chukua frying pan ongeza mafuta kama vijiko 2 vya chakula
  Add 2 tablespoon of oil in frying pan and let it heated 

4.Kisha weka vitunguu kisha pilipili boga kisha karoti juu ya chipsi zako 
  Then Put Onion,Green pepper than carrots on top of the chips in the frying pan

5.Kisha mimina mayai ulio yaweka chumvi na kukoroga kwenye mchanganyiko wako
  Add beaten eggs added salt in it

6.Acha dakika 3 jikoni yai likipiga weupe geuza kwa kutumia sahani
 After 3 minutes take a plate and cover the pan then tun the pan upside down

7.Acha upande wa pili uive vizuri
  Let the other side cooked well

8.Mimina chipsi na zichanganye vizuri
 Add cooked chips and mix well with tomatoes

9.Malizia kwa kuweka yai na acha kwa dakika moja
 Finally pour your beaten eggs and wait for a minute

10.Ukiona yai linafanya weupe chukua sahani funika frying pan yako kisha geuza chini juu
  As the eggs start to turn into white cover your frying pan with a plate and turn upside down to let other side be cooked either

11.Ikiwa hupendi liwe na umaji maji wa yai liache mpaka likauke angalau dakika 4 kama unapenda liwe na umaji umaji acha kwa dakika 2 kisha epua
If you prefer the wet mixture leave it for 2 minute than remove it from a stove but if you want to get dried just leave it for at least 4 minutes

12.Weka sahanini na uimiminie tomato unaweza kula yenyewe au na mkate na kuongezea na salad
 You can serve with any salt bread by adding tomato ketchup with salad

1.Usipike chipsi kabla mafuta kupata moto vizuri
 Dont put the sliced potatoes if the oil are not heated enough

2.Acha yai lako mpaka litakapofanya weupe ndio ugeuze
  Dont turn the mixture till the eggs turn to white cooked layer

3.Hakikisha unapika kwenye frying pan kubwa ya kuenea chipsi
 Use medium size frying pan

4.Unaweza kupika bila Mbogamboga pia inapendeza
  You can cook it without adding vegetable too
