CHIPSI NA YAI LA KUVURUGA(SCRAMBLED EGGS WITH CHIPS)


MAHITAJI/INGREDIENTS
1.Viazi mbatata vikubwa 8
 8 Medium size Potatoes

2.Mayai 2
 2 Eggs

3.Nyanya za Mchuzi(Tungule) 2
 2 Fresh Tomatoes

4.Nyanya ya pakti vijiko 2
  2 Tbsp Tomato Paste

5.Karoti 1
  1 Carrot

9.Pilipili Boga(Pilipili hoho) ndogo 1
  1 small size Green pepper

10.Chumvi kijiko chai 1
  1 Tbsp of salt

11.Kitunguu maji kidogo 1
  1 small sized Onion

12.Mafuta nusu lita
  1/2 Litre of cooking oil

13.Maji kiasi
   Water for washing ingredients

MAANDALIZI/PREPARATION
1.Menya viazi na uvikate vipande kama unavyokata chipsi za kawaida
  Peal the potatoes and slice as chips shape

2.Vioshe na uviweke kwenye maji
  Wash and leave your chips in water

4.Osha viungo vilobakia
 Wash other ingredients remain

5.Katakata vitunguu maji,pilipili boga weka pembeni
  Slice or chop the onion

6.Para karoti weka pembeni
 Grate Carrots and keep it a side

7.Saga au para nyanya weka pembeni
 Blend the tomatoes and keep it aside

8.Vunja mayai weka chumvi kidogo na yapige pige kama unataka kuyakaanga ila yaweke kando
 Crack two eggs into a bowl or jug. Add one tablespoon of salt and beat them vigorously    

JINSI YAKUPIKA/HOW TO COOK
1.Weka mafuta kwenye karai yakipata moto vizuri zikaange chipsi mpaka ziive
 Pour oil in a cooking pan let them be heated well enough then start frying your chips till fried

2.Toa chipsi na uziweke kwenye chujio
 After fried well put them in cooking filter or tissue

3.Chukua frying pan weka mafuta kama vijiko 3 vya chakula
  Take another pan put 3 tablespoon of oil and let it heated 

4.Yakipata moto anza kukaanga vitunguu kisha pilipili boga kisha karoti kwa dakika 1
  Then Put Onion,Green pepper than carrots leave them for 1 minutes

5.Kisha mimina nyanya weka chumvi na koroga kidogo mchanganyiko wako
  Add tomatoes with salt and mix it well by spatula 

6.Acha dakika 1 jikoni
 After a minutes 

7.Weka nyanya ya paketi koroga
  Add tomato paste

8.Mimina chipsi na zichanganye vizuri
 Add cooked chips and mix well with tomatoes

9.Malizia kwa kuweka yai na acha kwa dakika moja
 Finally pour your beaten eggs and wait for a minute

10.Kisha koroga mpaka uone yai lako limekatika katika
  As the eggs start to cook use spatula to mix well your mixture to scrape the cooked eggs

11.Mimina kwenye sahani subiri ipoe tayari kwa kula
Remove your mixture in a pan to the plate

12.Unaweza kula na mkate wa aina yoyote wa chumvi
 You can serve with any salt bread

1.Usipike chipsi kabla mafuta kupata moto vizuri
 Dont put the sliced potatoes if the oil are not heated enough

2.Usikoroge yai lako mpaka litakapofanya weupe wa kuiva kidogo
 Dont scramble the eggs till makes white cooked layer

3.Hakikisha unapika kwenye frying pan kubwa ya kuenea chipsi
 Use medium size frying pan

4.Sio lazima kuweka nyanya ya paketi
  Tomato paste is Optional
