1.Osha mchele wako kisha uweke maji kiasi
2.Loweka mchele kwa nusu saa
3.Para karoti yako weka pembeni
4.Kata kata vitunguu maji na pilipili hoho weka pembeni
JINSI YA KUPIKA
1.Weka kikaangio jikoni kisha tia mafuta
2.Anza kukaanga vitunguu maji kisha pilipili boga na malizia karoti
3.Usivikaange sana mpaka vikawa brown kama vya mchuzi
4.Toa viungo vyako weka kwenye kibakuli na mafuta yake
5.Chukua sufuria ya kupikia wali mimina maji ulio rowekea mchele
6.Yaweke chumvi na weka jikoni yapate moto
7.Acha yachemke kisha weka mchele na uache uive
