SAMAKI WA KUKAANGA(FRIED FISH)


MAHITAJI/ INGREDIENTS
1.Samaki 4
 4 Fishes

2.Mafuta kikombe kikubwa 1
 1 Cup of Olive Oil

3.Chumvi nusu kijiko cha chakula
 1/2 Tbsp of Salt

4.Pilipili 2
 2 Red Chilli

5.Ndimu kubwa 1
 1 Medium Lemon

6.Kitunguu thomu punje 4
 4 pieces of Garlic

7.Soy sauce kijiko kimoja
 1 Tbsp of Soy sauce

8.Pilipili manga nusu kijiko
 1/2 Tbsp of black pepper powder

MAHITAJI/ PREPARATION
1.Osha samaki wako ondoa uchafu wote mpaka kwenye mashavu kisha weka kwenye chombo safi
  Wash well your fishes and make sure you remove all unwanted things inside and put them in clean bowl

2.Twanga pilipili ya kuwasha,chumvi na vitunguu thomu
  Mix Garlic,Red Chilli and salt and grind them well

3.Weka pilipili uloitwanga kwenye samaki wako
 Put the grinded mixture in your fishes

4.Weka pilipili manga na wapete ili wakolee viungo vizuri
  Put the black pepper powder in your fishes and mix them well

5.Kamulia ndimu samaki wako
  Put lemon juice in your fishes after squeezing your lemon

6.Waache kwa robo saa
  Leave them for 15 minutes

JINSI YA KUPIKA
1.Weka mafuta kwenye kikaango
  Put the oil in a frying pan and put on medium high heat

2.Acha yapate moto haswaa kabla kuweka samaki wako
 Leave your oil for 4 minutes before start cooking your fish

3.Anza kuweka samaki wako na waache kwa dakika 3
  Start frying them and leave them for 3 minutes

4.Baada ya dakika hizo mgeuze samaki upande wa pili
Turn the fishes on other side and let them be cooked by 3 minutes

5.Muache kwa dakika 3 kisha mtoe
After 3 minutes take remove them in a pan

6.Muweke kwenye chujio au kwenye tissue achuje mafuta
Use tissue to let them dry from all the oil

7.Unaweza kula mtupu au na Wali,Ugali,Mkate n.k
 You can serve alone or with salad,bread or rice.

Angalizo:Note
1.Usiweke samaki jikoni kama mafuta hayajapata moto vizuri atavurugika kwenye kikaango
  Dont fry the fish let the oil get moderate heat at least 3 minutes after kept on fire

2.Pika kwa moto wa kati usiwe mkali sana usije ukawaunguza au kuwababua
  Dont use high heat to fry them so as to let them be cooked very well

3.Hakikisha samaki unamkosha vizuri kabla ya kumpika
  Make sure you wash them well before frying

4.Wacha samaki wakolee viungo vizuri kabla kuwapika
   Let the fish be marinated well before frying them
