1.Chagua njugu mawe zako toa mawe yote
2.Weka kwenye chombo na uzikoshe vizuri
3.Kuna nazi na chuja nazi tui zito kikombe kikombe kidogo cha chai na kisha lilobakia chuja kibakuli
kimoja tui jepesi
4.Menya na kutwanga na sukari kiduchu hiliki yako
5.Weka custard kwenye tui lako zito kisha weka pembeni
JINSI YA KUPIKA
1.Weka njugu zako kwenye sufuria na maji kiasi
2.Chemsha njugu zako maji yakikauka weka maji kidogo kidogo ili njugu zako ziwive vizuri
3.Njugu zikiwiva mimina tui jepesi,hiliki,sukari na chumvi
4.Acha tui lipungue kisha mimina lile tui zito na arki
5.Acha lichemke kidogo na ikiwa nzito nzito epua
6.Unaweza kula na Chapati,Mkate wa ufuta,Boflo au mkate wowote
Angalizo:
1.Wakati wa kuchemsha njugu usiweke maji mengi ili zisivurugike na kubanduka maganda na kupelekea kuto kuiva
2.Usiweke custard nyingi inasababisha kuwa nzito zaidi na kupoteza ladha yake
3.Hakikisha hauweki tui jingi jepesi ili ziwe nzito na tamu
